Returns & Exchanges
Because each Lil Crow piece is handmade in small batches, slight variations and imperfections are part of the charm—and a sign of true craftsmanship. I want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To start a return, please email me. I’ll be happy to send you a return shipping label—just note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
Exchanges
I’m happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, based on availability. If your piece arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Since many items are one-of-a-kind, I may need to make a new piece just for you—this takes time, but I promise it will be worth the wait.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description so I can make it right.
Gifts
If you’re purchasing a piece as a gift and having it shipped directly to the recipient, I’m happy to include a gift note—just leave your message at checkout. If the recipient needs to exchange the item, please have them contact me within 14 days of delivery. I’ll work with them to find a suitable replacement, depending on availability.
Sending Something Back?
If you need to return an item, just send me a message at [your email] to get started. I’ll be happy to email you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part.
Please be sure the item is unused, carefully packed, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Once it arrives safely, I’ll take care of the rest.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location and whether a replacement needs to be made just for you. Thanks for your patience—good things take time.
